Electrically driven test facility for pedestrian protection head impact tests
The world's first mobile electrically driven test facility for pedestrian protection head impact tests. The most important facts on one sight:
New: Calculation of the launching speed
From now on the launch speed can be measured and displayed on the control surface shortly after the test. For this, another length measuring system was implemented into the rebound system. The movement of the sled in relation to the launcher and also the movement of the launcher in relation to the robot is recorded and evaluated for each test. The calculation of the launching speed is
done without any additional action of the user
- everything runs automatically in the background
